ABOUT US
Fitzgerald Jewellers is a Canterbury based jewellers situated along the cobbled streets just a stone’s throw away from Canterbury Cathedral.
Owner and founder of Fitzgerald Jewellers, Trevor Fitzgerald has been a jeweller since the seventies. It wasn’t until early 2000 that he opened our Burgate store but it really has gone from strength to strength. We opened our current residence - an award-winning shop right next door to our original premises in December 2021.
The rest, as they say, is history.
For us, jewellery isn’t just about trends. Our team takes time and consideration in carefully designing all of our bespoke jewellery in house before passing the commission to our on-site workshop.
Our Diamond Mounter is traditionally trained in the fine art of jewellery making with masterful skills and an expert eye for detail.
The jewellery and watch brands we present in our shop are not necessarily based on a style but the story behind them. We choose brands based on their narrative and the designers. The collections have been carefully curated to appeal to our customers. We have a passionate team who love their job so every day is such a joy.
We like to think the Fitzgerald experience is unlike any other jewellers in Kent. So much so, we have been fortunate enough to have been voted 'Best Jeweller in Kent' with Muddy Stilettos in 2022 and 2023 by our customers.
We strive to set ourselves apart with our unique interior and joyful approach to the world of jewellery. Other accolades include 'Store Design of the Year' at the UK Jewellery Awards in 2022. We look forward to showing our customers around the place we call home.
